It was easy to make an appointment online. There was no wait time for the call in. Dr. Vukoja was prompt, professional, well-spoken, knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed my issue, answered all my questions and alleviated all my concerns. When our call ended, the response time was phenomenal; within 5 minutes I received a confirmation email with the address of the pharmacy where the doctor had sent my RX, a synopsis of my condition with his recommendation for care, instructions for RX and medications to be administered, and a detailed receipt for insurance purposes. Plus, I can follow up with a call to Dr. Vukoja during the next 7 days if I have any other questions, complications or exacerbation of symptoms. Wonderful medical experience as a traveler to Croatia. Exceptional service - particularly travellers

Out on my luck less than 24 hours to a stay in Bangkok and with a flight home in less than 48 hours, I needed some help to overcome some "Bangkok Belly". I found Doctorsa and was connected with Dr Albert Wu. The sign up process was quick, efficient and I was offered a choice of 3 different doctors with full reviews (all 5 stars by the way). Dr Albert was corteous and professional, and issued a script to help me overcome my illness quickly.This was an excellent service. One that I was glad I found and avoided the significant cost of a $US200 call out fee + a few hours wait no doubt to my hotel when a script and meds was all that was needed.I hope to not have to use the service again, but should I fall ill, I'll know where to go!

I didnt know this service was even available but im so glad i found it!!I had a very bad throat infection and was very slow to go to the normal clinics in Yalikavak as they can be so expensive. Great experience with prescription

I am from the US and needed a prescription while I was traveling in Italy. The process to schedule an appointment was so easy. The doctor called me exactly at the scheduled time. We went over my symptoms and had a brief discussion. About 15 minutes later the prescription was sent to my email. It was a great experience for me.

I travelled to Mexico with my two girls on my own from England and that’s daunting enough. My daughtee dnded up with swimmers ear and I needed antibiotics. I knew an onsite dr would cost a fortune I have had to use before in other countries so I went to google and came across this site. Well very easy to use! Very affordable and we got a choice of a few drs. The dr I saw was punctual, prescribed straight away and was lovely. She did a prescription in Spanish and English so that I knew what to do and what my daughter was receiving along with instructions to administer medication. The only issue I had was finding a pharmacy but. Found a pharmacy online that delivered to my resort. I sent over the prescription and bam within a few hrs I had everything I needed. I had forgotten important medication on holiday in Paris. I was really impressed with the speed of the response and within q10 minutes of my video call a prescription arrived via my email. I have obtained the medication and taken my morning dose after approximately 30 minutes. Very happy.

I have been so blown away by my experience with Doctorsa. I am a New Zealander travelling in Spain and was in need of a new prescription for my medication. I was dreading having to go into my local medical centre in the small town I'm staying in because of the cost and the language barrier. I did some research online, found Doctorsa, and booked an online appointment for 10 minutes later. The doctor I had was awesome - she spoke perfect English and she sent me my prescription straight away. I was a bit nervous going into the pharmacy as I thought they might turn me away, but there were no problems whatsoever. It was so unbelievably fast, efficient and most importantly - EASY! The tech they use is fantastic and it made the customer experience flawless from start to finish. My initial thought when doing my research was that it was all too good to be true, but it's genuinely just a really great service. I could not not recommend it more highly!

Left all my heart medications on a river cruise boat in germany. Discovered this whilst in vienna. Found doctorsa online, managed to get a booking for the same day. The doctor sent a script to a local chemist and problem solved. This took 2 hours from start to finish and the majority of time was walking to and from thhe chemist!

An Australian unwell in Bordeaux.

As an Australian travelling through France by bike, I was not sure what to do when I became unwell in Bordeaux. I found Doctorsa online and I could not believe how easy it was. I made an account, made an appointment and half an hour later I was talking to the loveliest doctor online. She sent me a script and I was feeling better by the end of the day! This is a great service

This is a great service. I’m in France and at the end of August it can be tough to get a speedy appointment because everyone just has to go on vacation at this time. I had an ear infection and my choice was to drive to a walk in clinic, wait who knows how long, and get a prescription or try Doctorsa. The doctor was courteous and efficient. I have my ear drops and I’m feeling better already.

Whilst on holiday in Crete

Whilst on holiday in Crete, I unfortunately got a kidney infection, which I inadvertently made worse by continuing to exercise and probably not drink enough water. By the time I found Doctorsa I was in a lot of discomfort and knew I needed medical advice quickly. I managed to get an online appointment in 20 mins at reasonable cost and the Doctor was knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue quickly. As well as sending me a prescription 5 minutes after my appointment, the Doctor also sent through an email of advice and suggestions. I picked the prescription up from the local pharmacy 30 minutes later and thankfully started feeling better later that day. A really good service which can be accessed quickly when you need it most. Thoroughly recommended

We were in Valencia, my husband was very unwell and it was a Sunday. I found Doctorsa via Google and decided to try them. I am so glad I did. It was quick, efficient and economical. I chose a same day video consult and time. The doctor was excellent, understanding, professional and reassuring. Travelling in Greece and have a urine infection.. my husband found this link on Google and we thought we’d give it a go..I did try to buy antibiotics but was refused without a script..For me to see a physical doctor I’d have needed to travel around 20km and wait to be seen.Via the website I made an appointment, spoke with a doctor from my accommodation got my E-script sent to me and then a 5 minute walk to the pharmacy and had my medication in my hand in under 50 minutes !! I cannot rate this service enough !!!! €20 for the doctor appointment plus €8.68 for my script…I’m now feeling heaps better and back to enjoying my holidays!
